Jiu Jitsu is a martial art developed on the battlefields of feudal Japan by the legendary Samurai warriors.
Translating as gentle art, Jiu Jitsu is an excellent form of self defence and is based on a wide and versatile
range of techniques including strikes, locks, and throws. Jiu Jitsu is a martial art in which the defence can be
tailored to the attack, and being an art bred from war it includes techniques to deal with armed attackers as well.
