If you don't use an RSS feed reader but would instead like to receive E-mail updates whenever a news feed is updated then we've linked up to Feed My Inbox to provide this facility for you.  Simply enter your e-mail address into the box for the feed you want to subscribe to, click the submit button and a pop-up confirmation window will appear - after a few seconds it should let you know that you have been sent a confirmation link by e-mail.  Once you open the mail and follow the link you will receive the news feed by e-mail.
