throughout the world by skilled instructors, and these pages are not supposed
to act as a substitute - just a source of additional information and reminders.
The links on the left provide a wide variety of information about most aspects
of the art of jiu jitsu. If there is anything missing or you would like to see

So go forth with an open mind and hopefully you may find something brand new or that
captures your imagination. Hopefully there aren't too many options here... but
